Women’s wellness is an important part of living faithfully. The Bible states that our bodies are a temple, and it’s our duty to take care of it. That means exercising, eating well, and maintaining our physical health. However, we also have to maintain our emotional health, too. Stress is a huge deal today, and it plays a huge role in breaking down our bodies, our relationships, and our faith. Women’s wellness is more than just diet and exercise, and we need to have a proper balance.
